8-Week CBT Improving Self-Esteem Workshop
8-Week CBT: Improving Self-Esteem Workshop - A structured CBT-based programme designed to help individuals improve self-esteem, increase self-confidence, challenge self-critical thoughts, and build more positive and balanced beliefs about themselves.
This course is designed to help participants:

Understand the roots of low self-esteem and the cycles that maintain it

Challenge self-critical thinking using proven CBT techniques

Develop behavioural strategies to build real, grounded confidence

Create a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves
Each session blends education, reflection, and practical skills delivered in a small group setting

How to thrive with ADHD - A 4-week workshop
4-week practical workshop is designed to help individuals with ADHD gain a deeper understanding of their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and build skills to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and success.
Clients will learn:

Focus and time management techniques including time-blocking and the Pomodoro method Practical distraction management and organisation systems

Emotional regulation and grounding strategies

SMART goal-setting approaches tailored to the ADHD brain
Sessions are interactive and ADHD-friendly, incorporating binaural beats, engaging activities, and take-home resources delivered in a calm, supportive environment.

Heal, connect & find your voice through the power of music
6-Week Music Therapy Group - a professionally led therapeutic programme offering young adults aged 18–25 a safe and nurturing space to explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and support emotional wellbeing through music
Through music, participants will:

Express emotions in ways that feel natural and safe Build confidence and a stronger sense of identity

Connect meaningfully with peers who understand their experience

Develop healthy, lasting coping strategies
No musical experience is required - this group welcomes everyone.
